Academic Resource Commons Renovations. The $2.2 million renovation of the Academic Resource Commons, which was completed in 2013, was an important part of transforming the facility into a central hub for all the academic support services available to resident students, including a library, computing center, classrooms, and a coffee shop. This project was the inaugural project of a series of capital improvements on campus.

Humanities and Social Science Building. This project – a new $6.2 million, 41,000 square foot, two-story humanities and social science classroom building – has allowed Three Rivers College to increase capacity for enrollment growth and promote new integration of classroom technology. The facility features a lecture hall, classrooms, computer labs, and a suite of dedicated faculty offices. TOTH provided administration services for a $2.6 million FEMA grant to help fund the construction of this project.

Activity Center. The Activity Center at Three Rivers College is an $11 million athletic complex project funded by $2.5 million in grants, plus $2.0 in bonds, with the balance of the funding provided by friends of the College. The 60,000 square foot design includes a basketball arena, concessions area, locker rooms, weight room, and coaches’ offices.
