TOTH was selected by the City of Buffalo, Missouri to conduct an inflow and infiltration study of their wastewater collection system funded by Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Even after past remediation efforts, the City still currently experiences massive increases in flow at their treatment plant during wet weather. The purpose of the study was to identify areas of the City’s system that experience the most inflow and infiltration and prioritize repair efforts. The study included cost estimates and a master planned schedule for the City to begin necessary repairs.
