Description:
TOTH provided structural and civil engineering along with land surveying services for the new Neosho Junior High.  The new facility encloses more than 141,000 square feet under roof, built around a center courtyard that will function as a learning and gathering space.  A large single story portion of the building utilized precast concrete walls and double tees to streamline construction, while the other portion incorporates a structural steel frame supporting a bar joist and concrete 2^nd floor and a bar joist and metal deck roof.  The project site consisted of the development of over 70 acres, including access roads, parking lots, site utilities, and storm water conveyance & detention.  The project also included the widening of an existing roadway to meet increased traffic volumes.
