TOTH developed a 25-year long range plan for Howell-Oregon Electric Cooperative, Inc. based in West Plains, Missouri. The study analyzes multiple alternatives for the next 25 years of growth within the cooperative’s territory. The plan details more than a 50% increase in load for the system and capital expenditures in excess of $100 million over the period. The LRP allows long-term goal setting and creates a sequence of future expenditures to allow for minimization of annual cost and maximization of reliability for Howell-Oregon.
